O restaurante Fotia, comandado pela chef Mariana Fonseca, chega ao 4º Taste of São Paulo 2019 neste final de semana, com cardápio especial e aula aberta ao público.
O destaque será o uso do elemento fogo, que conduzirá o menu. Todos os ingredientes serão grelhados no carvão, prática que o restaurante já adota em sua sede, que é a primeira no país a utilizar a grelha grega.
Nesse cardápio especial para o evento estão pratos como berinjela na brasa com mel, azeite, dill e macadâmia; salada de lentinha com tomates queimados, romã, feta e nozes; peixe inteiro na brasa com azeite e ervas e aspargos, ervilha torta e vagem na brasa com pancetta e ervas frescas.
Amanhã, a chef retorna ao festival e dará uma aula sobre peixe na grelha, no espaço Fire Pit by Santander, um lounge aberto ao público no evento. Ela apresentará o prato e mostrará técnicas e segredos para seu preparo.
